5:40 pm GMT+2, Google seems to be down. Their ping response times are through the roof, google mail, calendar, news and search aren’t loading.

It’s usually not that big a surprise when a website goes down for a little while, even more so when it’s a quickly expanding platform (twitter…), but I never expected that the entire range of google services would ever be simultaneously down.
