If they play poker in a communist country, does everyone get the same cards, or do they simply all get their buy-ins back at the end?

In a Theocracy would you have to show your cards at the end, or just believe that you were beaten?

In a capitalist world, does the shortstack always lose?

In a dictatorship does the dealer simply win no matter the cards?
