So, I apologize to “Nicole Be”, and tell her that it was a problem from my side. She says “No problem, glad to have been of service”.. I geek out and send her a<@;) (clown hat- curly hair- winking- smiley face)… she sends a smiley back.

I go: “So… where are you from?”
